Mosaic & Mingle FAQ
“Do I have to create a detailed seed-bead mosaic?”
No. Mosaic & Mingle was specifically designed with more than one creative path.
Guests may choose:
Seed Bead Mosaic — create a detailed pattern or image using colorful seed beads and embellishments.
Decoupage — use curated decorative papers/napkins and Mod Podge to create a beautiful dish, then add acrylic-marker details, statement beads, rhinestones, or other accents if desired.
One isn't the “easy version” of the other. They're simply two different ways to create a beautiful finished piece.
"Do I have to know what design I want before the event?”
No. We'll provide examples, design inspiration, stencils, and a range of colors and embellishments.
Guests are also welcome to arrive with their own simple idea in mind. Abstract patterns, florals, insects, initials, geometric designs, and colorful motifs all work beautifully.
“Why is Mosaic & Mingle priced higher than Boo & Bedazzle?”
Mosaic & Mingle includes a ceramic keepsake and a larger shared selection of specialty materials, including seed beads, embellishments, design tools, and multiple creative techniques.
It is also a more detailed project, with guests often spending most of the 60–90 minute experience designing and placing their individual pieces.
I actually think this FAQ is useful because someone looking at your two pages may immediately notice the $650 vs. $750 corporate starting prices.
“What is the resin finish?”
Guests may add an optional high-gloss resin finish for +$12 per dish.
The resin gives the finished project a smooth, glossy appearance and helps encapsulate the design. Because resin requires additional handling and curing time, availability may depend on event size and format.
For larger events, we'll let you know whether the upgrade is practical when preparing your proposal.
